How Is This Course Different Than A Yoga Class?

Yoga Therapy is targeted AND holistic.

Our course is fundamentally different from a standard yoga class because it's not focused on physical movement. Instead, the goal is to shift the mind and break deeply rooted patterns of conditioning that drive addictive behaviors. While typical yoga classes prioritize the body, this program centers on practices that work to rewire the mind, such as meditation, breathwork, and self-inquiry.
