How Is This Course Different Than A Yoga Class?

Yoga Therapy is targeted AND holistic.

Group yoga classes often emphasize stretching, but for those with hip pain, strength-building is crucial for long-term relief. Our Yoga for Hip Pain course is designed to focus on strengthening the muscles around the hips, providing stability and support rather than just increasing flexibility.
