How Is This Course Different Than A Yoga Class?

Yoga Therapy is targeted AND holistic.

Our Yoga for Trauma course differs from a typical yoga class in that it’s not focused on physical exercise, but rather on creating a mental and emotional safe space. This course gently guides participants through the slow, mindful release of trauma, much like gradually deflating a balloon, offering a safe, supportive environment for deep inner healing that isn’t always possible in a traditional group setting.
