The Joint Freeing Series is a group of therapeutic movement exercises with benefits such as improved mobility and stress reduction. This course includes three different 30-minute Joint Freeing Series classes.

About This Course

Join certified Yoga Therapist Joe Simek (C-IAYT) as he teaches the Joint Freeing Series. 

Based on this Joint Freeing Series as it was codified by Mukunda Stiles, this course offers a more traditional version, a standing version, and a chair version.

There are MANY potential benefits in regularly doing the these therapeutic movements:

  • Improves range of motion in all joints
  • Low-impact exercise to increase strength and flexibility
  • Beneficial for those with osteoarthritis; potential increase of synovial fluid
  • Reduces stress and anxiety by connecting movement and breath
